The Nikiforides Group commenced activities in the construction and development industry in 1969 in Canberra, subsequently expanding into Sydney and several other locations along the NSW Eastern seaboard. In 1978, the Group relocated to South East Queensland where a reputation for quality and innovation was quickly established.
With its flagship property development company Niecon Developments, the group has won numerous industry awards for construction, design and engineering excellence and continues to be at the forefront of developing the ultimate lifespaces.
The third generation, born and raised on the Gold Coast, we are as much a part of this community, as we are looking to positively develop it. Our city skyline is already a standing testament to the Niecon name, we will secure the Gold Coast as a place for all generations, now and into the future.

William “Bill” Nikiforides
Bill Nikiforides was a true blue character - a larger than life personality, loving family man and wizard with numbers. He was committed to the retail, construction and property development industries in Australia for over 35 years. His extensive experience and involvement in financial management, project development and construction, has earned him much praise and respect from both his peers within the industry and the business community. This is evidenced by the many awards presented to him over the years. WIth his senior experience and special ability, this positioned Niecon at a distinct advantage versus its competitors.

Constantine “Con” Nikiforides
Con Nikiforides' reputation was that of a genuine gentleman that listened intently to any and all who crossed his path. He was in his late 20s when he became one of the Gold Coast’s leading developers. Known as the 'Oracle' of the local property development scene, Con was passionate about the Gold Coast and helped to shape the city over the years. Under his leadership, Niecon was responsible for developing some of the Gold Coast's most iconic towers, including Aqua at Labrador in the city’s north to Reflections On The Sea in Coolangatta, Broadbeach's Niecon Plaza and most famously, the $850 million Oracle at Broadbeach. His entrepreneurial spirit, vitality and hard work has brought added dynamic growth to the company and he was dedicated to the creation of classic buildings, unique from their contemporaries.
Niecon continues to be at the forefront of development in South East Queensland.
