William Nikiforides
William went to Griffith University and obtained a Biomedical Science Undergraduate Degree before attending Bond University, where he obtained a Masters in Property. Prior to leading the team at Niecon, he consulted with other prominent Gold Coast developers. William has a proven innovative approach across the development process, from planning through to completion, and complemented by his ability to build honest relationships with suppliers and contractors.

John Nikiforides
John attended Bond University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Law and went on to obtain a Masters of Commerce. Upon graduating, John worked as a lawyer at the prestigious SPG firm, before moving in-house and joining the family business in 2015. With a strong background in property law, he oversees all finance, legal and office operations at Niecon Developments. John also has an unrivalled ability to stay focused on the big picture while maintaining an exceptional eye for detail.

James Nikiforides
James is a natural-born creative, who is no stranger to producing high-quality projects and building brands positioned for the future. James attended Bond University where he studied Property and Sustainable Development, majoring in Urban Development. Since graduating, James worked at Niecon focusing on selling Real Estate and Asset Management. Currently, James oversees the sales, marketing, and asset management operations of the company’s projects, and is focused on securing the reputation of Niecon Developments as one of Gold Coast's most trusted developers. He also strives to maintain customer-focused experiences by leveraging technology to fulfill the expectations, demands and requirements of purchasers, owners and investors alike.
